With College football betting season now officially over, there are only 8 teams left to bet on in football betting NFL or college. With every game being do or die, that means there will only be 7 more NFL football betting lines left to wager on this season. That doesn’t mean you won’t be able to find value however, as this week there is one spread that we absolutely love. 3 of the 4 games have favorites by at least 2 scores, so if you like underdogs, than those will be your football betting picks right there. But the other game (which happens to have a much smaller spread) is the line that we happen to like the most.
New Orleans is currently favored by 3 points despite being on the road in San Francisco. That might seem strange considering the fact that the 49ers are at home, and finished ahead of the Saints. However, Vegas got this line right, as no team in pro football betting finished the year as hot as the Saints did. The Saints have won each of the last 9 games they have played and have scored 40+ points in 4 straight as well. Nobody seems to be able to stop Drew Brees and company, who may be playing better football than they did the year they won the SuperBowl. The 49ers have a great Defense, however, the strength of the D is against the run. Against the pass the 49ers ranked near the middle of the pack, Brees and the Saints will exploit them and win this game handily. CLE -1 JAX: MJD was a monster last week, and is better than anybody in the CLE backfield. With these 2 QB’s, the game will come down to the running game…JAX +1

OAK -1 @ MIN: Peterson will run all over the Raiders. But this game means more to the Raiders. Palmer will play great in McFadden’s absence…OAK -1

DET -7 vs CAR: CAR looked brutal last week, but have been competitive before that. CAR’s run D is horrible, but DET will be without Best. Newton will bounce back…CAR +7

GB – 14 vs TB: GB and Rodgers have been perfect this year, TB couldn’t be further from perfect. Rodgers will be too much for TB to handle…GB -14

DAL -7.5 @ WAS: The real DAL team finally showed up last week, they will roll again. Murray has been unstoppable. Grossman will make too many mistakes…DAL -7.5

SF -9.5 vs ARI: SF’s D has been incredible this year, too much for Skelton to get past …SF -9.5

STL -1 vs SEA: Lynch has shown up in recent weeks, and the Rams can’t stop the run if their lives depended on it …SEA +1

CHI -3.5 vs SD: CHI has been great recently, but Rivers & SD are due, they will keep it close and cover…SD +3.5

NYG -4.5 vs PHI: If Vick plays I love PHI, as a loss this week essentially ends the season. Even without him, I still think the Eagles could do it. McCoy will run all over the Giants…PHI +4.5

NE -14.5 vs KC: Brady & the Pats finally got it right last week. KC has been awful & will be without Cassel…NE -14.5

CAR – 3 vs TEN: Newton has been great this year, and will be this week as well. But every game CAR plays tends to be close. CJ28 will bounce back…TEN +3

MIA -3.5 vs WAS: MIA has 1 win and is favored by more than 3 points? I don’t like the line. The Redskins D will step up…WAS +3.5

ATL -1 vs NO: Brees will step it up and lead the Saints to victory in this battle for NFC South supremacy…NO +1

CHI -3 vs DET: CHI has looked great as of late, and DET has struggled without Best. However, the Lions D-line will pressure Cutler and force him to make mistakes…DET +3

CLE -3 vs STL: CLE has no running game, whereas the Rams have Jackson who has been incredible as of late. He will take over this game…STL +3

PHI -13 vs ARI: This is the week PHI shows up. Vick will be firing on all cylinders, and the D will make plays all game…PHI -13

BAL -6.5 @ SEA: BAL had a huge comeback win last week vs the Steelers. Ray Lewis & the Ravens D will completely shut down the Seahawks…BAL -6.5

SF -3.5 vs NYG: SF might win as the Giants are overrated. But the 49ers don’t score enough to feel safe giving up points against Eli with how well he has played…NYG +3.5

NYJ -1 vs NE: NE has lost 2 in a row for the 1^st time since 2003! What are the chances they lose 3 in a row. Brady will find a way to beat the very talented secondary of the Jets…NE +1

GB -13.5 vs MIN: GB will win, but Peterson ran all over them last time. GB will stay perfect, but MIN will keep it close …MIN +13.5

SF -3.5 @ WAS: Beck was sacked 10 times last week, & now faces one of the best D’s in NFL …SF -3.5

DAL -12 vs SEA: DAL was dominated by PHI last week, they will bounce back this week. Murray will  …DAL -12

OAK -8.5 DEN: Palmer’s 1^st start + the bye week leads to a big game for OAK. Tebow can’t handle pass rush…OAK -8.5

TEN -3 vs CIN: TEN runs into the top D in the NFL statistically. Dalton and the Bengals will be legitimate contender after this week …CIN +3

ARI -3.5 vs STL: Rams will feed off big win over Saints, and Kolb might be out for Cardinals. Jackson has a 2^nd straight big week…STL +3.5

NE -8.5 vs NYG: Giants are perhaps the most overrated 5-2 team in the league. Should have lost to Miami, and going against the Patriots & Brady coming off of a bye is never good …NE -8.5

GB -5.5 @ SD: Rivers has struggled all year, and unbeaten GB will add to that this week. Rodgers is just too good to be stopped…GB -5.5

PIT -3.5 vs BAL: This game will be closer than the week 1 matchup. PIT is showing why they were in the SB last year, but Baltimore’s D will keep this close…BAL +3.5

PHI -7 vs CHI: The Dream Team has finally arrived. Vick is showing his MVP form, and the Philly D is finally putting it together, Cutler will struggle…PHI -7

BAL -13 vs ARI: BAL got beat by JAX last week, but will bounce back, and error-prone Kolb will struggle vs Ravens 3^rd ranked D. Flacco bounces back against young secondary…BAL -13

NYG -10 vs MIA: Moore will be able to keep it close throwing to Marshall. But Giants could make this a blowout with top pass rush vs a team that has given up 22 sacks this year. Just too many points…MIA +10

BUF -6 vs WAS: No Moss or Hightower for Skins and also young starter in Beck. But I like WAS 12^th ranked D to have a big game & keep it close…WAS +6

DET -2 @ DEN: Stafford has looked horrendous the last 2 weeks & is banged up, but Megatron is impossible to stop. DET will be all over Tebow who was sacked 7 times last week…DET -2

NE -3 @ PIT: 2 of top teams in AFC. #1 pass offense vs #1 pass D. Brady will win that matchup, as he is just too good to stop…NE -3

SF -9.5 vs CLE: SF has been on fire, if CLE was relying on the run, I would take SF. But SF is weak against the pass. CLE also has a top 5 D…CLE +9.5

CIN -3 @ SEA: CIN has #1 D in football right now, vs a SEA team that put up only 3 points last week. Dalton continues to roll…CIN -3

PHI -3.5 vs DAL: Murray ran for 250+ yards in his debut vs the Rams, and goes against PHI’s 23^rd ranked rush D. Nice matchup for him. Vick will make plays, but Romo will counter. Will come down to the wire…DAL +3.5

SD -3.5 @ KC: KC has won 3 in a row, and Rivers & the SD offense looked horrible last week. They will get back on track this week…SD -3.5

MIA -1.5 vs DEN: Moore challenged Revis & the Jets secondary early and often. Look for him to do the same vs a much worse Pass D in DEN. Tebow will have moments, but not enough…MIA -1.5

DET -3.5 vs ATL: Lions lost last week, but this week will get back on track as Stafford & Johnson will destroy ATL’s 27^th ranked pass D…DET -3.5

CLE -2.5 vs SEA: Neither team is very strong, but McCoy will outplay Whitehurst, and Greg Little will have a breakout game vs 23^rd pass D…CLE -2.5

OAK -4 vs KC: OAK hasn’t lost a divisional game in nearly 2 years, that streak continues, as McFadden will run all over the Chiefs in Palmer’s debut…OAK -3

PIT – 4 @ ARI: Big Ben will be able to pass all over the young secondary of the Cardinals as long as he gets protection, add in Mendenhall running the ball well last week and…PIT -4

DAL -13 vs STL: Rams won’t be able to stop Romo and Company, and the Rams offense won’t be able to move the ball…DAL -13

GB -9.5 @ MIN: GB just too good for rookie Ponder to face in his 1^st game. Mistakes will be made and GB will capitalize….GB -9.5

NO – 15 vs IND: Saints will be able to score tons, but Painter & Garcon will make big plays as well keeping it within 2 scores…IND +15

BAL – 8 @ JAX: Gabbert won’t be able to pass on the Ravens, and MJD will be facing BAL’s #2 run D. This is a brutal matchup for the Jags…BAL -8
